1. To carry on the business of providing Business Support Services whether information technology enabled or otherwise, including but not limited to providing back office services, enterprise content and data services, Supply Chain Management, advisory services, public relation ,administrative services, promotional activities and to carry on the business of hotel, restaurant , snack bars, catering and others.

2. To carry on the business of manufacturers, merchants, producers, chillers, processors, dealers and distributors and deal in all kinds of aerated, artificial or mineral water, carbonated drinks, fruit drinks, canned food, packed food, squashes, syrups, soft drinks, milk and milk products and beverages of every description.

3. To prepare, manufacture, process, market, trade, import, export, improve, sell and deal in all kinds of agro/agri/food products including but not limited to spices, oil seeds, grains, vegetables, herbs, pickles and other items derived from agricultural, farming or relevant activities

4.To construct, build, establish, erect, promote, undertake, acquire, own, operate, transport, equip, manage, renovate, reconstruct, develop, set up, turn to account, maintain, keep, operate and run multiple food processing units for manufacturing, processing, preparing, preserving, refining, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in any manner in all type of food and food related products including cereals, spices, masala, beverages, dairy products, milk products, convenience foods and processed foods of all kind and every description and providing incidental and ancillary services in relation thereto, and to act as buyer, seller, stockiest, distributors, importer, exporter, or otherwise to deal in all sorts of food grains, commodities, vegetables, fruits, edibles, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food products and similar goods and to establish, promote, develop, manage multiple brands, trade name and trademarks in relation to the business of the Company for dealing in food articles, food products, fast moving consumer goods and other consumer products and for such purpose to act as a brand owner, licensee, franchisee, representative or distributor and/or otherwise.

5.To carry on the business of manufacturers, processors, producers, purchasers, sellers, blenders, makers, researchers and dealers in cosmetics, perfumes, scents, sprays, nail polish, fragrances, powders, lavenders, tooth pastes, tooth powder, hair oils, herbals, creams, pomeds, ayurvedic and intermediates and their raw materials.

6.To carry on in India or elsewhere the business as manufacture, processor, importer, exporter, distiller, refiner, fermenter, converter, bottler, distributor, preserver, packer, mover, consignor, seller, buyer, reseller, transporter, stockiest, agent, sub-agent, broker, supplier, indentor, concessionaire or otherwise to deal in all types of beverages, including soft drinks, soft drinks concentrates, syrups, effervescent drinks, aerated water, tea, coffee, mineral water, solvents, mixtures, by-products, intermediates & ingredients, whether made of natural of synthetic materials.

7. To carry on the business of manufacturers, researchers, consultants, importers, exporters, distributors, stockiest, dealers, franchise holders, bottlers, re-bottlers, packers, extractors, pulpers, crushers, grinder of carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, fruit juices, fruit pulp, milk, jams,. jelly, sauce, concentrates and flavors (liquid and powder form), food colours, aerated water, green vegetables etc.

8.To manufacture, produce, process, prepare, buy, sell and deal in soya milk, soya milk products and preparations, soya bean based foods including spray dried milk powder, cheese, curd ice- cream, baby foods, protein foods and other preparations, soya cereals and lentils including soya snack foods, soya sweets, soya cookies and soya weening foods flavoured with fruits and vegetables and soya beverages and other products and preparations of every kind, nature and description

9.To manufacture, produce, process, prepare, buy, sell and deal in all kinds of aerated, artificial and mineral waters, soft drinks, carbonated drinks, fruit and vegetable powders and preparations of all kinds, fruit juices, breakfast foods, protein foods, dietic products, strained baby foods, instant foods and food stuffs and provisions of all kinds

10. To carry on the business of farming, agriculture and horticulture in all their respective forms and branches and to grow, produce, manufacture, process, prepare, refine, extract, manipulate, hydrolize, grind, bleach hydrogenate, buy, sell or otherwise deal in all kind of agricultural, horticultural dairy and farm produce and products including food grains, cereals, seeds, oilseeds, plants, flowers, vegetable fruits, vegetable and edible oils, meat, fish, eggs and foods and food products and preparations of any nature or description whatsoever
