1. To carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, exporting and trading of all kinds of goods finished, semi finished, raw material items, articles, merchandise, products such as agricultural, industrial, chemical or marine, stones, pieces of arts, antiques, handicrafts, machinery, equipments, capital goods and any other item capable of purchasing, selling, importing, exporting and trading and to be appointed as agents and / or distributors on commission, allowance, retainer ship, incentive basis.

2. To carry on the business of Direct selling, import, export, distribute on all of gems and dealing in clocks, watches, artificial jewellery, cutlery and their components.

3. To act as an Import and Export house and to perform all the functions and undertake all activities connected therewith including obtaining and dealing in licenses, quotas, certificates and other rights.

4. To carry on the business of traders, fabricators, exporters and importers of all kinds of clothing, readymade garments, jewelry, footwear, hand bags, beauty products and all accessories related to fashion & lifestyle products, or otherwise to act as agents, sub-agents wholesalers, retailers, representatives, commission agents, franchisers and dealers of all kinds of textile clothing, wearing apparel, cosmetics, jute, linens, furnishing fabrics and fabrics of all kinds of readymade garments and clothing, lingerie, hosiery, footwear’s, & accessories in India or abroad.

5. To assist any company, firm, association, society in transfer of any technology whether from India or outside and to render services pertaining to foreign collaboration, project formulation and to act as representative / agents of any domestic or foreign company for the purpose of such technology transfer.

6. To carry on the business of establishing and/or promoting support services whether information technology enabled or otherwise including but not limited to maintenance of supporting centres/training centres, enterprise content and data services, technology process outsourcing, Transcription, Back office operations, maintenance of information systems and act as consultants for the aforementioned services and businesses.

7. To render consultancy, advisory and liasioning services in respect of matters related to objects mentioned in sub clauses (1) and (2) above to any company, corporation, body corporate, industry, firm, association, body of individuals, institution, concern, government, public or local authority, trust, research and development centres or anyother person.

8. To manufacture, import, export, buy, sell, manipulate, prepare for market, preserve and otherwise deal in oils, vegetable oils edible oils and fats, oil made or processed from seeds, coconuts, ground nuts, products of plantation, horticulture, agriculture and forest produces, farm produces animals and their by-products poultry feeds, fatty acids, soaps, glycerin, allied products and lubricants made from such oils and other or as by-products thereof and to carry on the business of manufacturers, processors, pulses, and allied products

9. To carry on all or any of the business of importers, exporters, refrigerators, ship owners, shipbuilders, caterers of ship of other vessels, warehousemen, merchant ship and insurance brokers, caners, forwarding agents, wharfingers, sheep farmers, stock owners, breeders, pastures and graziers.

10. To carry on the business of online shopping, net marketing, marketing of consumer and other goods, online internet advertising and marketing, creating virtual malls, stores, shops, creating shopping catalogues, providing secured payment processing, net commerce solutions for business to business and business to consumers, online trading.
