process of registering with APEDA is as follows:
Apply online: You can apply for registration online on the APEDA website.
Submit the required documents: You will need to submit the following documents with your application:
A copy of your Import-Export Code (IEC) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).
A bank certificate in the prescribed form to support the financial soundness of the applicant.
Certified copy of Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Partnership Deed (in case of a partnership firm) or Trust Deed/Memorandum of Rules & regulations (in case of trust/society).
Details of registered office, head office and branch office.
Duly signed and sealed copy of application form.
Bank A/c. statement of the bank account of the firm (for latest 2 months)
Canceled cheque.
Pay the registration fee: The registration fee is ₹5000 (exclusive of GST).
Track your application status: You can track the status of your application online on the APEDA website.
Obtain your registration certificate: Once your application is approved, you will be issued a registration certificate by APEDA.
